This fully accredited Level 3 Diploma in Body Massage is designed to train the student as a body and massage therapist.

Our school qualifies the student to an industry-recognized international level, and the certificate is approved by the Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC).

The course consists of 4 mandatory modules:

• P137: Provide body massage for complementary therapies.
• T121: Principles and practice for complementary therapies.
• T122: Business practice for the complementary therapist.
• T118: Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology for complementary therapies.

Students attending this qualification will cover:

• Health and Safety.
• Skin Structure, Function, and Diseases.
• Principles and practice for complementary therapies.
• Business practice for the complementary therapist.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology for complementary therapies.
• Client Consultation and Assessment.

Practical:

• The basics of Swedish Therapeutic Body Massage for complementary therapies.
• Guidance on how to develop a massage routine for each individual client.
• The proper application of massage techniques and the use of body posture.
• The benefits of massage and its contraindications.
